MarginMart, Inc offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30 days return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
1. We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of invoice of the product 2. RMA (Return Authorization Number) number must be issued. 3. Shipping & Handling cost is not refundable. 4. The returned product is the same condition as you receive in its original packaging enabling us to sell the product as new. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the electronic products are returned.
Returns fall under two categories:
– Buyer Remorse
– Defective Product
In all cases (except when a product is defective), when returning products, the buyer must use a shipping service that provides a tracking number such as USPS, UPS, & FedEx. You must request and retain a copy of the tracking number and make it available to MarginMart, Inc if we request it. If we do not receive your return, we cannot issue a credit.
If a product is being replaced due to a manufacturer’s defect, MarginMart, Inc will replace the product free of charge . No shipping charges will be collected for the defective product being returned or the replacement product being shipped under the warranty.

• original order number.
• The list of product(s) you are returning.
• The reason for your return.
• Your name and contact information.
• Specify whether you want Refund or Exchange.
After getting all detail customer support team will issue RMA number. Marginmart will not accept returns without prior authorization or an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
2. Send your item in its original packing with copy of invoice and RMA number to:

3.We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and possibly 15% restocking fee for returns on electronic products.
4. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you will receive an email Notification for your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.
